You will need to have experience as a web designer / developer with great skill within all the leading applications and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop & Macromedia Dreamweaver. Additional knowledge of programming such as PHP, Perl, MIVA, etc would be of an advantage.

Art or design qualifications would also be an advantage.
