Accommodation
The complex is comprised of 7 newly built (2004) furnished residences with a private pool and the main building with 2 apartment on the first floor, with a snack bar and reception area.
There are two types of residences:
Five residences
Each residence has a ground and first floor and can house 5 or 6 people. The ground floor (-» view) is made up of a bedroom with a double bed, sitting room-kitchen, television and bath. The first floor (-» view) is made up of one bedroom with two single beds and a W.C.
Two residences
This can house up to four people. It has one bedroom the first floor (-» view) along with a bath and on the ground floor (-» view) there is a sitting room with a fireplace, kitchen and bath.
All kitchens have dishwasher, juicers, mixer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave oven.
In each residence shampoo, slippers, beach towel are provided for each person. |

| Close to Kookis villas there are little tavernas that serve traditional food from fresh fish to rabbit stew and from local ladotyri (oil cheese) to skordostoumbi (a garlic dish). The very good local wine accompanies the traditional musical compositions.
The quaint little bars also place their own musical stamp and are open from the daytime until late at night. That is where visitors often times wait so that they can admire the sunset. |
